Derrick D. Ratliff, Chief Executive Officer
Derrick D. Ratliff is a nationally recognized leader in the affordable housing industry with over 27 years of experience in Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing (PH) programs. He is an HCV NSPIRE, PH NSPIRE, HQS, PHAS, and Project-Based Maintenance trainer, specializing in HUD regulations, inspections, quality control, and rent reasonableness. Derrick has managed the inspections process for some of the largest Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) in the country, overseeing over 500,000 HQS and quality control inspections. He also spearheaded the first successful Owner Excellence Program in the nation for a Moving to Work (MTW) agency, which rewards and recognizes extraordinary property owners in the HCV program. Additionally, Derrick is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a member of Toastmasters International.
