HQS: $399 per student.
HCV NSPIRE: $599 per student.
Public Housing (PH) NSPIRE: $599 per student.
Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS): $399 per student.
Project-Based Maintenance Management (PBMM): $399 per student.
- Additional Information:
  - Exams are offered for an extra $75 per student. A score of 70% or higher is considered passing.
  - All training sessions take place over the course of 2 days.
  - Attendees are issued a certificate of completion at the conclusion of each training session.
  - Group rates are available upon inquiry.
