HCV NSPIRE Training: $699 per student. Session duration: 2.5 days

Public Housing (PH) NSPIRE Training: $699 per student. Session duration: 2.5 days

Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) Training: $599 per student. Session duration: 2 days

Project-Based Maintenance Management (PBMM) Training: $599 per student. Session duration: 2-days

* Exam cost is $100 per student.

* 70% or higher passes.

*Certificates of completion are issued at the conclusion of each training session offered by RIG.

Inspections Trainings for NSPIRE

Develop and master the skills needed to be an effective and efficient HCV NSPIRE Inspector. This specially designed course is 2 ½ days long (exams optional).

Public Housing agency staff will develop and master the skills to maximize preventative maintenance. This specially designed PH NSPIRE course is two days long (exams optional).
